It is not an angry God, who I see

Causing this vengeance and horror that is surrounding me.

No, it is not an angry God that makes it hard to cope

He is one that is with me through it all; The One that gives me hope.

It is easy to blame Him, when the world is filled with violence.

Cursing Him with raised fist when the air is filled with His silence.

“How can he let the innocent die” you exclaim with anger in your eyes.

Yet has it not been us, who abandoned Him, with our own ingratitude and lies?

When your world was filled with abundance, flowing with richness and money

How many of you came to Him, thanking for the vessels of milk and honey.

Your own silence and lack of prayer during the abundant feast,

Has caused this turmoil in your heart,; has caused the rise of this hateful beast.

The difference between God and us is there is never abandonment.

Love at its purest is ALWAYS heaven sent.

Yet are we ready to receive and set the ego aside,

So that during times of crisis we stand strong with Him with faith, not pride?
